Since its inception, each month LHCP has honored a military service member who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Every box which is shipped from LHCP is labeled with information about the Honoree. The monthly Honoree’s story is attached to the box so others can read about those who have sacrificed their lives for our freedom. The only real criteria for the
selection process is that LHCP has attempted to select a Fallen Hero from all 50 states and territories.

Army SGT Kenneth W. Harris Jr, 23, from Charlotte, Tennessee was killed 20 AUG 2003 while serving in Iraq. He was a reservist assigned to the 212th Transportation Company based in Chattanooga, TN. SGT Harris was driving on a supply route when he was fatally injured in a two-vehicle accident in Scania, Iraq.
